Samchon is battle leukemia...and so far its been tough and not going well. My thoughts and prayers (or heart) to my uncle and family (aunt and cousins) during this trying time.

he is a good and gentle man. and such men are needed in this world. fingers crossed that he makes it through the tests with successful results.

man!! really gotta update this...
well, its about three months later.

the bruising is gone, I did one month Aqua Physical therapy (which was good), about a 1.5ish months with crutches (well, one crutch after first monthish) had the brace up till recently, and now onto dry land physical therapy M, W, F. good stuff!! good excuse to excercise "for real" as well.

so progress? is good I think. I can walk. up and down stairs without any pain now (usually) but I still have to "limp" down (not completely natural).
sometimes still hurts enough to limp when I walk...but if I concentrate I can walk normally so no one would know the idfference.

big thing is... still 2 cm difference in circumference size for my leg muscles (thigh and calf) and about 80% difference in strength!! YIKES!!! which means still a loong way to go for physical therapy. oh well..slowly but surely. at least it is getting better.
