Convert UT2004 maps to UT99?

is there a tool or way to convert UT2004 maps to UT99?

Its just that I hear the map making tool/software is so much better for UT2004 and there are some good UT2k4 maps that I was thinking... maybe it'd be good to make maps with UT2k4 editor then convert them to UT99.

or is that just wishful thinking.
