UT99 Mapping 101

Description: UT99 Mapping 101: A simple, straight-forward video Beginners/Getting Started tutorial and primer that will get you right into Unreal Tournament mapping.

Although this is for UT99... the concepts and skills are the same for all UT. In fact, mapping for UT2003-4 is even easier. So, getting this down puts you on solid ground for mapping for ANY UT.

If you have UT editor (which if you GOTY edition...you do!) than you can easily start into mapping...fire it up and check the video out now!

I hope it helps out people who are brand new to using UEd 2.0. It sure is confusing at first! And then continues to be even more confusing as you get into higher level design. Thank goodness for video technology.... When I get into 2k4 or even 2k7 map making I am going to be all over those Video Tutes learning everything I possibly can from them first! LOL

Any tutorial is helpful.. but its especially helpful in video format.. and even more helpful when made by the Ninja Masta

Speaking of UT 2k7 mapping.. Didn't you post some screenies of some of the awesome looking maps and textures to be freatured on the upcoming game? Maybe that was on Nae NAe
