I just looked at your roster, on the 3rd you almost have it correct the 3 d in the right place but you can put the 2 other players in their proper place 1 in center roster and the other in the proper wing spot.

I usualy only put players in the f/w and util spot when their main roster spot is filled which is usally friday or sat when most teams are playing.

I really don't know if it makes a diffrence to do that prob just psycological

oh and you don't have to keep dropping players as there is cap on how many times you can drop people let yer players sit for a bit when they start getting into the -18 and such then drop them.

another tip

if you have a player on IR you can put him on IR (injured reserved) and pick up another player until the player is good to go, this also requires some stratagy as the season goes on players get hurt and such, so some times you have to pick and choose who to keep and who to drop.

Look at their +/- what is their goals assist like point compare between players.

If I rember right we can have up to 4 on IR so don't drop people right away let them sit in IR for a bit a pick up a temp player
