I was referring only to UT community. Besides UA, I've only seen one UT board to be vBulletin besides US. If it still stands, it's located at There Is Only 1 AlienClan (hopefully they haven't changed it to something else...)

I've been to quite a few UT forums (lately only stick to UA and a tiny bit to SDA), and have noticed all use BB or Nuke

However, I do agree that vBulletin board is way better off than BB or Nuke and if I opened some business, I'd go to vB

That web site looks like poop. If Gk cleans up this place then it would look awesome. (I hate being fussy about neatness some times)

Also... could you disable the "scroll to the bottom" when opening a thread! You've no idea how annoying it is... cos it takes 10 seconds before it gets applied and by that time I start scrolling down cos I'm just used to doing that. And than it jumps to the very bottom. And also...... sometimes there are more than one unread posts and you'd wanna read them all, but noooooooo it jumps to the bottom and annoys you!....

Um my User CP is not working ....I get a fatal error when i try to access my UserCP

Its easier to keep up with threads and find the threads that you posted on if UserCP was working

If GK gives me the code so I can figure out some stuff, I could actually rewrite the whole thing to update only if there HAS been a change

ok... in UT??!! dood you're kidding right? I beg to differ..... nothing against them, but small timers use BB cause they can't afford the measley fee to step-up with teh big boys...

Off the top of my head...

How about the fact that almost ALL the biggest and arguably most important/significant forums to UT use vbull... )

eg:

• EPIC games forums (including for UT of course) and
• BeyondUnreal forums
• Unreal Playground
• Nali City
• ...and www.UnrealAddicts.com of course.
  (search for "Unreal Tournament clan forums">Unreal Tournament clan forums" or "Unreal Tournament sniper clan">Unreal Tournament sniper clan" on google...see what you get.
• and for other sniper clans: The Natural Born Snipers (FLAKK's clan...who is an admin for Epic games,btw.

so.... that is basically... all the most significant and sites with most exposue in Unreal Tournament universe use vbull. gg PWNED other forum systems (for UT) !!

What it comes down to is that the only reason many (most?) clan sites are using phpBB is its FREE. ie: they can't afford/not established enough to use vbulletin. Most "real" forums, so to speak, use vbull... cause the are have the resources. I'd say sda is the only EXCEPTION as its is active and been around (we were bigger until we went down for near a year ), that said, has near zero exposure.

so there you have it. vbull and UT FTW!!
