Read the article and wanted to add in my pennies in this.

With these bills passed it allows the President to take total control of our country in case of an emergency. I did some research and found something they might connect with your bills Hal.

The Mayans had a very precise understanding of our solar system's cycles and believed that these cycles coincided with our spiritual and collective consciousness. The most significant of which has much to do with the 2012 prophecies. In the following writing, we will walk through the main details of their prophecies surrounding the 2012 transition. How the transition takes place (from an astronomical perspective), what it means for us, and when the cycles take place. And from this central galaxy received a 'spark' of light which causes the Sun to shine more intensely producing what our scientists call 'solar flares' as well as changes in the Sun's magnetic field. The Mayans say that this happens every 5,125 years. But also that this causes a displacement in the earths rotation, and because of this movement great catastrophes would be produced.

The Mayans believed the universal processes, like the 'breathing' of the galaxy, are cycles that never change. What changes is the consciousness of man that passes through it. Always in a process toward more perfection. Based on their observations, the Mayans predicted that from the initial date of the start of their civilization, 4 Ahau, 8 Cumku which is 3113 B.C., after one cycle being completed 5,125 years in their future, December 21st, 2012. The Sun, having received a powerful ray of synchronizing light from the center of the galaxy, would change its polarity which would produce a great cosmic event that would propel human kind to be ready to cross into a new era, The Golden Age. It is after this, that the Mayans say we will be ready to go through the door that was left by them, transforming our civilization based on fear to a vibration much higher in harmony.

6. In 2012 the plane of our Solar System will line up exactly with the plane of our Galaxy, the Milky Way. This cycle has taken 26,000 years to complete. Virgil Armstrong also says that two other galaxies will line up with ours at the same time. A cosmic event!
7. Time is speeding up (or collapsing). For thousands of years the Schumann Resonance or pulse (heartbeat) of Earth has been 7.83 cycles per second, The military have used this as a very reliable reference. However, since 1980 this resonance has been slowly rising. It is now over 12 cycles per second! This means there is the equivalent of less than 16 hours per day instead of the old 24 hours.
8. During the Apocalypse or the time "between worlds" many people will be going through many personal changes. The changes will be many and varied. It is all part of what we came here to learn or experience. Examples of change could be- relationships coming to an end, change of residence or location, change of job or work, shift in attitude or thinking etc."

This going to change cause of people, not by the Almighty God who creates us on earth. People becoming so curious what they could posibly do on earth planet which is exactly against to the creature of the earth and human being, if you always believe in yourself that theres God no matter what gonna be happen in these world you wont feel any scareness cause you know that he's always with you and guide you to everlasting life. Although some people never believe in God , yes you didnt see him personally , he's not around when you needed him in troublesome times in your life , but he's always besides you and guiding your spirit without your notice.

"Footprint in the Sand"

One night I had a dream. I was walking along the beach with the Lord, and across the skies flashed scenes from my life. In each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand.

One was mine and one with the Lord's. When the last scene of
my life appeared before me, I looked back at the footprints in the sand and to my surprise , I noticed that many times along the path of my life there was only one set of footprints. And i noticed that it was at the lowest and saddest time in my life.

I asked the Lord about it: "Lord, you said that once i decided to follow you, you would walk with me all the way. But, i notice that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why you left my side when i needed you most".

The Lord said: " My precious child, I never left you during your time of trial. Where you see only one set of footprints, I was carrying you."
