The text you pulled off the internet is scientifically false.

The Mayan calendar you refer to is only ONE of the calendars they had. This one is 360 days long... they also had 365 day long calendars.

The only thing the Mayan calendar keeps track of is the small angular momentum of the Earth's axis. It means even Earth's axis is turning around. It takes about 26 000 years and one of the effects caused by this is the precession of the equinoxes.

More accurately, what the Mayan calendar keeps track of is the angle between the galactic equator and the equinox. The two come within a few degrees and December 21st 2012 is the time when it comes closest.

As far as the solar flares go... Solar flares are completely independent of the previously mentioned phenomenon and thus the Mayan calendar has nothing to do with it.
Solar flares are the result of Sun's magnetism. Large magnetic fields are created between Sun's dark spots. Those are spots on the Sun that have a significantly lower surface temperature and thus appear black. They are usually magnetically charged. One has the south pole and one has the north pole. Just for reference, the spots are often bigger then Earth. Between those spots, large magnetic fields are created that pull material from the Sun along the field. Some of that material always escapes which causes the northern lights...

The only thing that affects the frequency of the solar flares is the solar cycle... which is a 27 year (I think) cycle of Sun getting larger and smaller as if it's breathing. When it's getting larger it causes more a flares. Also, at one point, the Sun's magnetic field collapses and reverses. We see an increased solar flare activity during that time. The same happens on Earth about 5000 years... we're about a 1000 years away from it.

The only thing that controls the speed of Earth's rotation is the Moon. It causes tides and the tidal friction slowly slows the planet down and causes the Moon to retreat about an inch every year. When Moon was first formed, it was only about 20 000 km away from Earth. It is now over 300 000 km. At that time, Earth's day was only 6 hours long.

Humans have been on Earth for about 2 million years. Divide that up nicely by 26 000 and you'll get the amount of times this alignment has occurred. It's almost 80. And there is NO scientific evidence of *ever* being a huge boost or change in humanity.


Mayans were not the only ones to know and study this phenomenon. And they were not the only ones who kept calendars. Several cultures from Egyptians, Pagans, to far eastern cultures and it's widely reflected in their cultures and religions.

Executive Order 12919 otherwise known as National Defense Industrial Resources Preparedness, was signed by William Jefferson Clinton on June 4, 1994, and released on June 6, 1994. EO 12919 making the President a virtual dictator in war or peace. There are close to 600 FEMA “immigration detention” camps in this country built by Haliburton subsidiary KBR. Google it people! These are said to be used in an “immigration emergency”. What exactly is an immigration emergency. Dont people understand that presidential directive 51 basically makes our president a dictator. Thats right folks, its signed and sealed…google it. It gives him the power to move large groups of civilians “for their own good”, he will controll all federal, state, county and local governments, he can seize any property or material for the use of the military or government, he can use private companies at his discression for the military or government, gives him full control of all agriculture and so on and so forth. Now, combine that with the wonderfull patriot act which allows the government to search, seize and arrest with no warrant. Detain you INDEFFINITELY. And you have no right to a trial (suspends habius corpus). Lets not forget finally that the president signed a bill that reverses pose comitatus…which said that the military cannot police its own citizens or take part in arresting procedures…well, thats over with. Put all these together and the constitution along with the bill of rights are not even worth the paper they are printed on any more.

Even if the 2012 theory is shot down. You can't escape this bus hitting us.

That's the thing our government is hiding the real truth from us like they always do. If the president does exercise this action we're basically stripped from our once called freedom.
