Well, you do what you wish, it is your clan. But I will tell you this: If you wish to become active in clan wars in the UT community, and you go around recruiting players before the war just so they can play for you, you are going to lose a lot of respect and credibility, as a clan. But that's your choice. Good luck! And as always, you have my MSN and my website, whenever you are "ready" for a rematch, let me know!

Hiya Ckl, I just wanted to clear up something that I think was just a misunderstanding and a miscommunication on my part. To quote what it seems you took it as: And I just wanted to say that for the record I am sorry if that's how it was taken or that's how I came off in general about the issue. TO EXPLAIN: That's not what I was trying to imply. I can see how it could be taken that way for starters ok? And I am sorry you did/I did, perhaps give that impression - with all due respect. TO FURTHER EXPLAIN: I was really only trying to say one thing. And that one thing is that when we need a substitute player such as when too many of our clan mates are busy in real life taking care of business per say, we might occasionally want to allow a close friend of the clan be a substitue for one of our players. To be very clear: We are not the type of clan that would just go desperately looking for "just anyone" out of the blue to come play for us. Now I don't think that would be that big of a deal really now when you think about it under those circumstances and those terms would you, C^K? (Fair enough?) Because once you get to know our clan, TSU, you will understand that we are founded on some of the highest moral standards of any and all clans known in the entire sniper community. We all know that this is an honest statement since we have been around in the Sniper Community for 7+ years and have seen all kinds of clans and dealt direclty and indirectly with all kinds of people, literally hundreds (if not) thousands of them from all walks of life. And without trying to come off as being cocky, arrogant, or overly boastful, there have been many visitors (literally hundreds) over the years combined that have thanked us personally for keeping such a good thing going for them to enjoy (the servers and the forums) and many of them have said straight up that they felt that we, TSU, are what they feel is the heart of the community 'so-to-speak' because of our high moral standards, excellent sportsmanship, and some of the highest traffic of players from the birth of what has come to be known as the "Sniper Community" until now by comparison to most clans. In other words if we just occasionally need a sub, we aren't going to recruit an entire army to sub in for us. lol right? You understand now what we mean? We're just going to let one or two close friends "temporarily help out" And the thing is, if you guys in your clan had to do that, I don't think that anyone here in TSU would have any complaints about it or hold it against you. Of course not. If they did I think we'd all smack'em in the head and tell them to simmer down. Heh heh Good. Now let's keep it friendly folks. And I would like to take this time to also remind ALL clans and ALL players including our own to please be considerate and polite with any clan we may encounter in the game, out of the game, in wars, pugs, and what have you. Remember folks that the bottom line here is that quite simply this Unreal Tournament Video Game we play together is all just for good fun and a means to escape the stress we all have to encounter in everyday real life. So keep your chin up everyone, let's continue to make every effort to play with the good sportsmanship we've come to know together over the years, keep it fun, and good luck to everyone in future matches! Take care, Zon{TSU}

This thread is still active? LOL Wow. I honestly didn't read any of what has been posted, to be completely honest, I just can't be bothered and I personally don't think it is worth my time, seeing as how the war has come and past. I did pick up on a few things though in the 3 seconds I skimmed this page: 1. We had NO issues whatsoever with TheDestroyer playing. Read my prior posts, I clearly stated it would be no issue at all if TheDestroyer played, seeing as how he sort of IS a member of TSU. I also stated that the situation here is unique, in that two clans merged into one, thus technically he is a part of TSU. Furthermore, DrizzT asked nu_D on the server if it was cool if TheDestroyer played, and he also completely agreed. Again, for the record, I stated numerous times that we would have no issues whatsoever if TheDestroyer played (read my prior posts) and nu_D confirmed this when DrizzT asked him on the server. You can ask DrizzT yourself. What you guys are going on about regarding TheDestroyer, is beyond me. But knock yourselves out. 2. When I replied to Zon stating that it would not be in your clan's best interest to go out and pick up players specifically for a war and have them throw on the TSU tag, that was said as a piece of advice. If you guys took it personal, then so be it. But he had stated that TSU is free to get WHOEVER they want to play, so I just replied that while that is the case, it wouldn't be in your best interest to, for instance, go ask Ph34r before a war to throw on the TSU tag and play on your side. It would not look too good on your end, that's all. Seems like you guys didn't agree with this piece of advice, or at least, felt the need to write up a lot of really long posts about it. What the issue is? Again, is beyond me. But once again, knock yourselves out. 3. We have been around for a long time, I am sure you remember us when we were known as SDA. Anyway. I will come back and check in on this in another week or so, see if this thread has another 2-3 pages.... LOL.
