that's an easy one! just go to
USER CP (top navigation bar)
you'll see yoru last 5 threads and last 5 posts list listed there.
in fact, there are TON of settings in the OPTIONS of the user cp. be sure to go through them. lots of stuf to tweek the boads how you like it.
also in your forums
user profile (not zoints) there is a link to see ALL threads and ALL posts you've created.
