vB Tournament system - Fixed double query thing

Finally!!!!!!

Well, my script is getting called twice, but I implemented a system checking if any of the values needed is "" (nothing... empty). After the first execution, all I did was set my two $_POST values to empty and that's what did the trick. Thankfully low overhead.

I won't bother with what's calling my script twice. Not now. For now it works just fine.

Work finally continues.
