Question:

I downloaded your videos. I can hear the sound, but I cannot see the picture. What is going on? How do I fix that?

Answer:

You didn't read the guidelines, did you?
The first series of mapping and UnrealScript tutorials are encoded using XviD and the rest is encoded using DivX. You should download and install the appropriate codec to make the video display.

Question:

I downloaded your videos but I can't hear any sound. Why is that? How do I fix it?

Answer:

First thing check that your speakers are loud enough because some tutorials are quiet. But if you still can't hear anything, make sure you have MP3 installed for sound. Windows XP and Vista come with MP3 installed so if you're on either of these systems and still have problems, you better check that your audio hardware is installed properly, your drivers are working and that Windows isn't about to crash.
