well from some of the reports UT3 should be able to run on "basic" (within reason) PCs without too much problem... just can't turn on all the goodies and effects.
That might be enough to get you though till you get a blinged out rig.
I'm alllll over a new pc for UT3. but I imagine I'll get it for 360 too anyway... if just for when I'm lazy and want to play in front of the TV.
